Check in from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m., for those arriving after hours send photos of the document that will then be checked live at the delivery of the room that will be usually from 12.30 p.m. to 23.00 p.m.; if the rooms were already ready will be delivered before. Check out by 10 am.

- Full board rates per person per day, for stays of a minimum of 5 days, including:

The price list does not include the tourist tax, € 2,50 per day for each adult or child 14 years on and a maximum of 7 days.The room is available from 12.30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

"All Inclusive":+ € 11.00 ( July, August +€ 12,00) per day per person (minimum 7 days 2 persons) includes:
beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds, still and sparkling mineral water, ¾ liter local wine or bottled soda or cola or beer per day.

” All Inclusive " for single room: + € 15,00 (July, August + € 16,00) per day per person (minimum 7 Days) includes: umbrella and 1 sunbed, natural and sparkling mineral water , vino Wine of the territory “Prime Rocche” or bottle orange or coca-cola or beer every 2 days.
Single supplement: + € 6.00
Cradle: + € 8.00 in high season
Stay less than 5 days: from + € 2.00 to + € 10.00
Double single use:from + € 10.00 to + € 25.00 in high season

for each day more or less than those listed add or remove € 2.
Reservation Deposit € 50.00 per person, € 100.00 per single room, to be sent preferably by bank transfer.

MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION POLICIES

The reservation deposit, although not refundable by law, is returned if the cancellation of the reservation takes place at least 15 days before arrival, or, as is the case for the cancellation from 15 to 8 days before arrival, the possibility is given to recover it for a holiday in a different summer period until the summer of the following year. After the eighth day you lose the deposit.
