We have transferred our recipes, worthy representatives of the best Italian and local tradition, from domestic cooking to a modern and technological catering kitchen, to ensure healthy and nutritious food, necessary for the nutritional needs of various and numerous consumers, heterogeneous by age , sex, physical condition, etc.
Our menus are in fact little processed, using seasonal products, richer in nutrients, which enhance the taste of our cuisine, characterize the flavors of the typical products of our territory and ensure greater digestibility.
In this regard, the full board includes a daily menu with a choice of meat and fish, buffet of appetizers and vegetables for lunch and dinner, dessert, fruit; the breakfast will be enriched by a buffet with sweet and savory of our production and, on request, with cold cuts and cheeses.
The use of 0 km products, coming from Rimini and surroundings, guarantee the traceability of seasonality and freshness; many of them are the expression of local food and wine.
There are first courses with pasta of our production such as lasagna, tagliatelle, strozzapreti, tagliolini, orecchiette.
There are also menus for celiacs, and for the younger children different menus and timetables.
The service performed by experienced and qualified personnel can satisfy people of all ages.
